Beta Program FAQs
What is the $5 payment for, and what happens if I'm not selected?
The $5 is a flat-rate shipping fee — it covers the cost of getting your Memoket Gem prototype to you, wherever you are in our supported regions. If you're selected, the $5 is all you'll ever pay — the product itself is free. If you're not selected, your $5 is fully refunded automatically. No action needed on your part.
Is this program really free? What's the catch?
Yes, it's genuinely free — beyond the $5 shipping fee, there's nothing else to pay. You don't need to return the product after the beta ends. It's yours to keep.
What we ask for in return is honest, real-world feedback. Not a review, not a social post — just your genuine experience using Gem in daily life. That feedback directly shapes the final product before it launches in July.
If you'd like to share Memoket on social media, we'd love that too — but it's entirely optional and not a condition of the program.
What if I change my mind after applying?
No problem. If you decide to withdraw before your product is shipped, your $5 payment will be fully refunded. Just email us at cs@memoket.ai and we'll take care of it.
Is the Memoket Gem I receive a real product?
Yes. You'll receive a ready-to-use Memoket Gem prototype that is already very close to the final mass-production version. It's designed for real-world use — not a demo, not a mockup — so you can experience how it works in daily life and give us feedback based on actual use.
When will Memoket Gem ship for the Founding Member Program?
Memoket Gem is expected to begin shipping to founding members in mid to late May 2026. We'll notify selected users directly before their product ships, so you'll always know what to expect and when.
What should I do after I receive the Memoket Gem prototype?
Use it 😎 — in the meetings, conversations, and moments that actually matter to you.
During the beta period, we'll invite you to share feedback in two rounds, either through a short survey or a brief conversation with our team. We want to know what's working, what's not, and what you wish it could do.
If you'd like to share your experience on social media, we'd genuinely appreciate it, but it's not required. The most valuable thing you can give us is your honest feedback.
My country isn't on the list of currently available countries, but I'd still love to join. What can I do?

While shipping for the current beta program is limited to the US, UK, Germany, and Canada, you're welcome to submit your interest or reach out directly at hello@memoket.ai. If we expand to additional regions, you'll be among the first to know.
Can I choose my preferred color and accessories?
Absolutely! After your $5 payment is confirmed, you'll be asked to fill out a short form where you can select your preferred device colour and any accessories. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences within the options available for the beta program.
I already paid $5 to secure Super Early Bird pricing. Are you still planning to launch on Kickstarter, and what happens to my early-supporter benefit?

Kickstarter remains one of the launch paths we're exploring, but our plans are still being finalised. In the meantime, we're offering early supporters a higher-value option through the Founding Member Beta Program.
Here's what that means for you: your original $5 deposit can be applied as the shipping fee for the beta program. You won't need to pay anything else. You'll receive a free Memoket Gem prototype to use during the beta, and you get to keep it when the program ends.
