Wear your Gem

Wristband edition

Fit Gem into the wristband

Slide Gem into the band slot. Keep the front facing inward and the charging port facing outward, with the logo toward your wrist. Align the Record button with the band opening.

Fits wrists 150–220 mm (5.9–8.7 in).

Apple Watch co-wear edition

Wear Gem with your Apple Watch

  1. Hold the band release button on your Apple Watch and slide the current band sideways to remove it.
  2. Slide the Memoket co-wear band into your Apple Watch from the side, as you would an Apple Watch band.
  3. Slide Gem into the band slot. Keep the front facing inward and the charging port facing outward, with the logo toward your wrist. Align the Record button with the band opening.

Fits wrists 140–220 mm (5.5–8.7 in).

Choose the connector for your watch

S: 38 / 40 / 41 mm · L: 42 / 44 / 45 / 46 / 49 mm

Hold the spring bar to release the lug pins. Slide the connector down and out, then align it with the correct slot. Press down until it clicks and locks.

Get the Memoket app

Search for “Memoket” in the App Store or Google Play, or open the download page below.

Download the app

Hold 3 seconds

Power on your Gem

Hold the Record button for 3 seconds. The indicator flashes blue while Gem pairs and connects.

Pair in the app

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Open the Memoket app and connect your Gem. Keep the Gem nearby.

Complete pairing before your first recording. Gem cannot record until pairing is complete.

Charge and check the light

Charging

Align the charging contacts

Place Gem in the charging cradle and align the contacts. Connect the USB-C cable to a power source. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Keep Gem and the charging contacts clean and dry before charging.

Make your first recording

Hold 1 second

Start recording

Press and hold the Record button for 1 second. One short vibration and a solid red light confirm recording has started.

Press once

Stop recording

Press the Record button once. Two short vibrations and the indicator light turning off confirm recording has stopped.

Open the app to review

Recordings transfer automatically via Bluetooth when Gem is connected to the app. After the audio is uploaded and processed, open the app to review your transcript and AI summary.
