Getting Started with Memoket

1. Download the Memoket app by scanning the QR code or searching for “Memoket” in the App Store or Google Play.
2. Pair your Gem: turn on Bluetooth and connect your Gem in the app.
3. Press the Record button once. You will feel one vibration when recording starts.
4. Open the app to review your AI summary and put your recordings to work.

How Memoket Works

Memoket captures important conversations, transforms them into transcripts and AI summaries, and helps you revisit and use your memories whenever you need them.

Processing Time

After recording, your audio will be uploaded and processed by AI.

Apple Watch Co-Wear Band

• Fits Wrist Sizes: 5.5"–8.7" / 140–220 mm
• Length: 10.2 in / 258 mm
• Material: Woven nylon, soft-touch TPU, stainless steel
• Closure: Hook-and-loop
• Compatible Apple Watch Case Sizes: 38 / 40 / 41 / 42 / 44 / 45 / 46 / 49 mm
• Thickness on Wrist: With the Gem attached, the area where the Gem sits on your wrist is approximately 13–15 mm thick. Actual thickness may vary slightly because the band wraps differently around each wrist.

Slide Memoket Gem into the slot on the Apple Watch Co-Wear Band. Make sure the Gem front faces inward, the back with the charging port faces outward, the logo side faces your wrist, and the buttons align with the band.

Adjusting the Watch Connector

Two connector sizes are included to fit different Apple Watch case sizes: S for 38mm / 40mm / 41mm, and L for 42mm / 44mm / 45mm / 46mm / 49mm. Move the connector pin between slot positions to match your Apple Watch size and ensure a secure fit.

1. Press and hold the spring bar to disengage the lug pins.
2. Slide the connector lug down and out of the current slot.
3. Align with the target slot and press the lug down until it clicks and locks into place.

As a Wristband

• Length: 10.6 in / 270 mm
• Material: Woven nylon, soft-touch TPU, stainless steel
• Closure: Hook-and-loop
• Thickness on Wrist: With the Gem attached, the area where the Gem sits on your wrist is approximately 12 mm thick.

Slide Memoket Gem into the slot on the wristband. Make sure the Gem front faces inward, the back with the charging port faces outward, the logo side faces your wrist, and the buttons align with the band.

As a Clip

• Size: 1.0 x 1.6 x 0.6 in (25 x 40 x 16mm)
• Material: Reinforced PC

Attach the Gem magnetically to the included clip — the magnet snaps it into place. Clip it to clothing, a bag strap, or any other flat surface.

As a Lanyard

• Length: 31.5 in / 80 cm total; 15.7 in / 40 cm folded
• Material: Braided Nylon + Soft-touch TPU

Slide the Gem into the lanyard and align the Record button with the groove. The lanyard length is adjustable.

Note: The lanyard is not included in the standard package and is available separately.

Power & Charging

Place the Gem into the charging cradle and align the contacts. Connect the cable to a power source. The indicator light breathes blue while charging and turns solid blue when full.

Start Recording

Press the Record button once:

• One short vibration
• Solid red indicator light
• Recording starts

Stop Recording

Press the Record button twice:

• Two short vibrations
• Recording stops

File Transfer

Recordings transfer automatically via Bluetooth whenever Gem is connected to the app, even when the app is running in the background. No manual action is required.

For longer recordings, use Boost Mode (Wi-Fi Fast Transfer). It must be enabled manually during transfer.

Power Controls

• Power on Hold the Record button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash blue while the Gem pairs and connects.
• Power off Turn off Gem from the Device Management page in the Memoket app. One long vibration confirms the Gem has powered off.
• Hard restart Hold the Record button for 12 seconds or more. Two long vibrations confirm the restart. The lights will turn off, then solid blue as the Gem boots back up.

Battery & Charging Safety

• Do not pierce, crush, disassemble, or modify the device.
• Do not replace the battery yourself.
• Use only the included charging cable, or a certified replacement.
• Do not charge in environments below 0°C / 32°F or above 40°C / 104°F.
• Do not expose Gem to temperatures above 45°C / 113°F.
• Do not leave Gem in direct sunlight inside a vehicle or near heat sources for extended periods.
• Discontinue use immediately if battery swelling, leakage, unusual odor, overheating, or physical damage is detected.
• Dispose of Gem and battery in accordance with local regulations. Do not discard in general household waste.

Water Resistance

Memoket Gem is designed for everyday use. Avoid water exposure, including rain, showering, and swimming.

Wear & Skin Sensitivity

Memoket is designed for comfortable everyday wear. However, a small number of people may experience skin sensitivity or irritation due to individual allergies, extended wear, sweat, soap, lotion, sunscreen, friction, pressure, or environmental factors.

If you notice any discomfort where the band touches your skin, including redness, itching, swelling, rash, burning, numbness, tingling, soreness, or blistering, stop wearing it immediately and allow your skin to recover.

Do not wear the band or strap on irritated or broken skin. Before wearing it again, make sure both the band or strap and your skin are clean and dry. If discomfort persists or worsens, consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional.

If wearing Gem on your wrist is uncomfortable, try an alternative wearing option such as the pin clip or lanyard.

Medical Device Interference

Memoket Gem emits wireless signals that may interfere with active implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, or other medical devices such as hearing aids.

If using such devices, maintain a minimum separation of 15 cm / 6 inches between Memoket Gem and the medical device. Consult a physician or the medical device manufacturer before use.

Memoket Gem is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any medical condition.

Child Safety

Keep Memoket Gem and its accessories out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Small accessories such as the clip present a choking or ingestion hazard.

Before recording with Memoket Gem, make sure you comply with applicable local laws.

In certain countries, regions, states, or provinces, recording may require the knowledge or consent of all parties involved. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents prior to recording and for notifying participants where required by law.

Audio Data & Privacy

Recordings may contain personally identifiable or sensitive information. Handle, share, and manage recordings with appropriate care.

When cloud features are enabled, data is transmitted and processed in accordance with the Memoket Privacy Policy. Review the Privacy Policy at memoket.ai before use.

Warning
