What's New in Memoket: September 2026 Update

Every month we ship. But some months feel different. September is one of them.

This month brings major updates across both the Memoket App and Memoket Desktop: a recording experience that practically runs itself, transcripts that learn your voice and vocabulary, fully editable outputs, eight new integrations, and a Desktop App that now connects to 22 tools, AI assistants, and automation platforms. Here's everything that's new.

1. Memoket App

The App That Gets Out of Your Way

The recording journey, simplified

Until now, moving a recording from Gem to the app meant picking up your phone, opening the app, and waiting. That's over. Seamless Transfer moves your recording automatically as soon as Gem is nearby, no phone required. And the home screen now shows you exactly where each recording is in the process: transferring, uploading, transcribing, ready. You always know what's happening without having to look for it.

Transcripts that know who you are

Memoket now lets you teach it how you work. My Voice Profile helps the app recognize and label your voice correctly when multiple people are speaking, so you don't have to figure out who said what afterward. My Dictionary lets you add names, product names, industry terms, and any vocabulary that tends to get scrambled in transcripts... your clients' company names, your team's internal shorthand, whatever matters most in your conversations.

For anyone working across languages, you can now select multiple expected languages when retranscribing, so multilingual conversations get the accuracy they deserve.

Edit everything, share anything

Your transcripts and summaries are now fully editable directly from the recording detail page. Same for your weekly reports: review and adjust them before you export or send them. When you're ready to share, you have real options now. Weekly reports export as PDF or image. One-Pagers export as images, ready to drop into a message, email, or slide deck without any extra steps.

Eight new integrations

This update adds Attio, Asana, Confluence, Discord, Dropbox, Google Drive, Jira, and OneDrive. Your Memoket conversations can now flow directly into your CRM, your project tracker, your cloud storage, your team channels, and your knowledge base.

2. Memoket Desktop

Fully Rebuilt. Now Available to Download.

Memoket Desktop has been rebuilt from the ground up: new interface, cleaner navigation, and an integration ecosystem that's grown significantly. The big number this month is 22!

That means when a conversation ends, its context doesn't have to stay in Memoket. It flows to your project tracker, your CRM, your AI assistant, or your automated workflow, without you doing anything extra. That's the point: Memoket is the memory layer works in the background so you don't have to.

A cleaner interface, consistent across devices

The Desktop interface has been redesigned to match the Memoket App. If you're used to the mobile experience, you'll feel at home on Desktop immediately. Navigation is simpler, recording details are more structured, and editing works the same way on both platforms.

You can now edit transcripts, summaries, and weekly reports directly on Desktop. Play back audio from the transcript. Export in whatever format fits where the content is going: audio, Word, PDF, PNG, TXT, or Markdown.
